Freedom Dance

Our teachers rotate to offer Freedom Dances in a range of modalities (Open Floor, The 360 Emergence, and 5 Rhythms).

1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm.

Doors close at 10:50 to preserve the container.

All classes are held at the Interplay Studio at 2273 Telegraph Avenue in Oakland, California. Please enter at the 23rd Street entrance.

Freedom Dance is a space for People of the Global Majority (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color).
