Freedom Dance

Our teachers rotate to offer Freedom Dances in a range of modalities (Open Floor, The 360 Emergence, and 5 Rhythms).

1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm.

Doors close at 10:50 to preserve the ceremonial container.

All classes are held at the Interplay Studio at 2273 Telegraph Avenue in Oakland, California. Please enter at the 23rd Street entrance.

Freedom Dance is space for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color).
